    Thanks for putting so many great tips in one place. I confess that I read every one of them.

    It’s no mistake that the very first one resonated most with me, as I’m sure it did with other entrepreneurs. Learning to make time for relaxation is my challenge, but one I work on continuously.

    In the other posts I was drawn to the ones offering ways to improve my sleep and do meaningful exercises. These, of course, tie in to my primary goal of balancing work with relaxation and rejuvenation.

      I’m happy that the posts resonated with you. Yes, taking time to relax and get the proper rest is a challenge for most of us who have busy demanding lives. But as you say we must make time to relax and continually work towards good self-care habits.
