Hi, my name is Gladys Anderson and I’m so glad you found me. Here you will find tips, tools and gems of wisdom to replenish your spirit and learn how to make your self a priority without guilt or frustration.
For the past 15 years I’ve counseled hundreds of couples and individual who have honored me with a lens to view their pain, joy, heartaches, and struggles. I have a masters degree in Counseling Psychology and am a licensed marriage & family therapist.
When I realized a lot of my clients, who despite years of formal education and status, still struggled with “saying no”, and making choices without guilt and frustration, I knew I had to change this common dynamic.
Not only have I overcome some of these same issues, my training as a marriage & family therapist and life coach gives me the skills to help others get out from the weight of guilt when they decide to move their needs from the back burner to the front.
I look forward to reserving “special “ time for myself thanks to Gladys,’ teachings. I’ve developed insights that help me now put new pieces of knowledge into practice

Other Things About Me
I am affectionately known as the Self-Care Genie because I am fiercely committed to guiding busy, overwhelmed, professional men and women, stay-at-home moms, and others to take charge of their lives, set limits on what is acceptable and make affirming decisions that give them the freedom to create a uniquely crystal clear vision for the satisfying careers and relationships they truly want.
I love to travel and experience new things. I’m an amateur genealogist, love “techy” stuff, reading and solving word puzzles.
I am the author of numerous self-help articles and conduct workshops on such topics as boundary setting, empowerment, confidence building, relationships, self-control, stress management, gratitude, life balance, communications and other topics that help women slow down, jump off the hamster wheel, and take charge of their lives.
